What is Dynanotex?

Dynanotex is a tow spreading system for DRY unidirectional carbon fibre reinforcements.

Dynanotex concept based in two separate layers of dry unidirectional carbon fibre bonded together by a resin compatible adhesive.

 Main Features:

No bonding elements on reinforcement surfaces

Perfect fibre alignment

Thickness reduction (35% less than traditional unidirectional)

Low weight reinforcements (70 to 400 g\m²) from heavy tow fibres (15K- 24K- 50K)

Advantages:

- Possibility to use 100%of mechanical performance of fibres

- Improvement of interlaminar shear strength due to perfect bonding of fibre layers.

- Reduced resin accumulation due a very good distribution of fibres and very limited “open spaces“ between microfibres.
