Beginner's mistakes are always present when new employees are being trained, so b-grade products are sometimes inevitable.
Those products have only visual flaws i.e. imperfect joints, overly sanded edges, slight scratches etc. Pods are technically functional and have the same characteristics as the first class.

If you want to combine a full fuselage set, you can buy matching carbon tailboom and carbon V-Mount, both A class.

This pod is designed so that it has beautiful aerodynamic lines, is easy on the eyes and, most importantly, possesses excellent flight characteristics. The pod is large and strong enough to easily carry 3.6-meter / 142" wings. The fuselage pod #130 can be used for various purposes in various categories, such as F5JF3JALES and other homebuild projects or replacements for a pre-existing model.

The pod is completely made of composites (multiple types of materials), mainly aramid, and has carbon fiber reinforcements on strategic spots, giving it additional strength to endure heavier straining. Aramid allows the model to be rough landed as it gives it elasticity, it also makes the model 2.4gHz friendy, while carbon fiber gives its great stiffness and minimum weight. It is strong enough to withstand even hardcore landings and other forces. The part where the tow hook and pylon are also reinforced, just like the top of the nose, so it can be landed roughly.

The canopy is designed in a way that there is enough space to easily manipulate all the components in the pod, allowing the battery to be inserted and connected easily, improving usability on the field. The edges around the canopy are also reinforced with carbon.
It is supplied with a removable carbon canopy.

The pylon is 168 mm / 6.61" long and additionally strengthened with multiple carbon types and layers, so the wings may be up to 260 mm / 10.23" in depth, but even larger ones can be mounted. Dihedral angle of pylon is 2° on each side.

This pod is suitable for wingspans of up to 3.6 meters / 142". It is ideal for home builders, as it can be used as a replacement pod for other projects, too. 

The standard pod version is in white, i.e. coated with gel coat, which is UV stable and wear-resistant.

Tailboom suitable for this pod: Carbon tailboom #222 and extra strong #223.

NOTE: 
The pod #130 is designed so that it can be converted into an electric version.
Since the nose is additionally strengthened, it can be cut off at a certain length to achieve the required diameter. To install a motor for the electric version, you only need to glue a firewall and it is done.

If you require a pod version which is lighter or much stronger than the standard one, simply contact us and we can make a custom one for you. This also goes for the selection of materials.
