All USPS, Royal Mail and similar shipments are insured for damage and for packages gone missing while in the possession of the shipper. CLM-Pro.com is not responsible for any physical damage which may occur to products during the shipping process.  We are also NOT responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to packages being left at your doorstep by USPS, Royal Mail or other delivery personnel.  Though unlikely, these things can happen, and if it does you should immediately contact your local shipping office.
